Wind Client is made by an independent team that is solely responsible for it. Minecraft, Mojang and related names and logos are trademarks of Mojang Synergies AB and Microsoft Corporation. Wind Client uses the Minecraft name only to describe what it works with, as allowed by the Minecraft Usage Guidelines. We don't use the Minecraft logo and don't sell anything Minecraft related.

Wind Client does not include or distribute Minecraft. Game files are downloaded from Mojang to your computer, and you need your own Minecraft licence to play.

Other names

Microsoft, Xbox, Windows, Modrinth, Fabric, Forge, Discord, Prism Launcher, MultiMC, CurseForge and the names and logos of Minecraft servers shown in the launcher or on this site belong to their owners. We use them only to say what Wind Client works with or to show public server status. Using them doesn't mean their owners endorse or are connected with Wind Client.

Reporting copyright infringement or illegal content

We respect the rights of creators and respond to clear notices of infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the EU Digital Services Act and similar laws.

Most content in Wind Client isn't hosted by us. Mods and packs live on Modrinth, so please report them to Modrinth using the Report button on the project page or their copyright policy. Server names and icons come from the servers themselves.

For anything we host, such as this website, launcher news and the launcher itself, email windsupport@windclient.com with:

1. your name and contact details, including an email address
2. a description of the work or right you believe is infringed, or why the content is illegal
3. exactly where the content is, such as a link or a description of where it appears in the launcher
4. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law
5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, for copyright notices, that you are the owner or authorised to act for them, under penalty of perjury
6. your physical or electronic signature

We'll review every complete notice, remove or disable content where appropriate, and let you know what we did. Sending a false notice on purpose may make you liable for damages.

Counter notice

If content you provided was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter notice to the same address with your name and contact details, the content that was removed and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts, and your signature. We may restore the content unless the person who complained tells us they have started legal action.

We may block people who repeatedly infringe others' rights from our online features.
